It was registered on 27 Jan 1925 as a type 27, plate 1868-U4 (F) in the departement Paris, for an unknown owner. It changed ownership April 3, 1926 and was registered with plates 450-Z77 (F) in the Departement Seine-et-Oise for Roger Landreaux, Chemin de la Cour, Mesnil st Denis². It was owned by Henri Fougeaud in the Brie region of France. The subsequent owner was mr Brabant in Belgium when the plate was still French. Completely restored and for sale with Bruno Vendiesse at the Techno Classica Essen 2006. where it was bought by Michel Kampmann, Michel and Colette entered the International Bugatti Rally in Corsica 2007 with it (# 10) when it was registered as 7973 YY 27. It was also on display at the stand of the Club Bugatti France at the Retromobile in February 2008.
