Ettore Bugatti's first straight-eight: a ~14.7-litre (120 x 160 mm) SOHC aero-engine prototype, ~217-250 bhp, bench-tested at Diatto (50-hour test, 23 July 1916). Never entered production; widely regarded as the forerunner of the Type 41 Royale engine. Auto-created 2026-06-23 for chassis B1919; NOT YET assigned to a category - flag for Sjoerd.
